I HAVE JUST THOUGH OF THE PERFECT RED-NECK FOOD. get some deep-fried beer, coat it in butter, redeep-fry and wrap compleatly in bacon, then deep fry the bacon, and chocolate coat it.
Oh, and stick a layer of ice-cream in there somewere…OOOO mabey make 2 into a giant icecream sandwich!!!!!!!! Texas dude, I defy you to recreat my idea, THE CHALLENGE HAS BEEN ISUED.

I would like to note you, this is red-neck food, they can eat CHEWWING TOBACO and not vomit, this is desert for them after there raw deer and unknown berry lunch on a huntting trip.

I tried it this past Monday at the State Fair of Texas (Where this all originated). It is absolutely disgusting. First of all, warm beer is gross enough – and the dough they fry it in tastes like homemade playdough. My husband each had one, then got the cheese that comes with it – still disgusting. It won for most creative. Fried Frito Pie won for best taste – and it was AMAZING! Fried margaritas were REALLY good – but I think my favorite was fried lemonade. We’ll see what they come up with next year!
