   Looks like it is sitting on lettuce and tomato. Not entirely sure this is a cake. Might be a cheese ball or some such

     The website says it’s a cake. But my first thought was that it looked like a cheese ball too. And I still think cheese ball is a better idea. That way your guests can grab crackers and scrape away at the head’s delicious innards.

   I admit I’m possessed of a somewhat twisted sense of humor. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall if some unsuspecting person had come upon the head in the fridge.

     We had a whole suckling pig at one restaurant I worked at. The chef bought it for a pig roast at his house and ordered it through the business. The severed pig head managed to find its way into many a hiding place and scare several employees.
