     I think those are spiral-tube-shaped macaroni. In a white mac-and-cheese sauce, possibly white cheddar flavor.

   Denny’s where it took longer to get a table (when the restaraurant was nearly empty) than it did to be visited by the waitress, which was only rivaled by the time it took for the food to be delivered.

   I’ll never go back.

   We tried this the other day, and it is actually good. The “white things” are the Mac n Cheese that tops the patty. The Mac is really good, you can get it just as a side dish too. I was pleasantly surprised!
